HiFest will host a weekend full of fun, family-friendly workshops to participate in – led by a number of leading illustration professionals. All workshops are free with materials provided (unless otherwise stated).

Grab some colouring pencils and get creative with imaginative exercises from Lorna Scobie’s new book 365 Days of Art.

‘COFFEE CUP CHARACTERS’ (3PM – 5PM)

with Scott Garrett

Grab a blank takeaway coffee cup canvas and bring it to life by creating your own hot-headed character with the help of Scott Garrett … and when you’re finished fill your friend to the brim with some mighty fine Stooge Coffee!

‘SCREENPRINTING’ (ALL DAY)

with Little Mashers

Little Mashers would love to see you at the Hi-Store to personalise and screen print your own work of art onto a t-shirt or canvas. Using a special chalkboard ink come along and create your own masterpiece. £10 inc all materials.
